We have different packages depending on what you need and your budget. We can work together on an hourly or project basis, or monthly fee for ongoing management. If you're selling your home, we can defer payment until your home closes, or within 90 days, whichever is sooner.
We offer both estate management for full-time residences and rental management. This can include concierge care, routine maintenance oversight, and vendor coordination. If you already work with a trusted housekeeper, landscaper, or manager, we're happy to work alongside them.
Yes — our media services stand alone and don't require staging or management. We work with both homeowners and listing agents, so whether you're prepping a listing yourself or you're an agent bringing us in for a client's property, we can step in wherever it's useful.
