Styling Process

1: Discovery & Consultation

We start with a one-on-one conversation to understand your style, needs and goals for the space. This helps us align on budget and timeline, so you feel confident moving forward with a plan. 

2: Design & Planning

Next, we create a custom plan — so you can feel confident in the delivered product. Once we find your desired installation date, all we need to secure your project is a completed contract and deposit payment. Our goal is to form a connection between potential buyers and your property, ultimately resulting in the highest return on investment for you. 

3: Execution & Styling

Once the design is approved, we bring it all to life. From coordinating with any contractors to adding the final decorative touches, we handle it all to ensure a stunning result.

What is the process in working together? 

We begin with your vision, then shape a tailored plan—curating each element and quietly managing the details from concept to completion.

Do I need to style my whole house, or can we do just one room?

You can start with just an area or room if you prefer. We recommend selecting the area that will make the most impact, such as the living room. Later, we can work on other areas when you’re ready. 

Do I purchase or rent these items?

We aim to curate our services based on you, so you can either purchase staged items or lease them. Many homeowners choose to purchase items. This gives sellers the option of including them in the sale of the home, which can be attractive for many buyers. If you choose to lease, we can remove them upon the sale of your home. 

 Can you work with what I already have in my home?

Yes! We love using your favorite pieces and making them shine. We can mix your old items with new ones to give your space a fresh look without starting from scratch.

How much does home staging cost?

We have different packages depending on what you need. We’ll talk about your budget and help you get the most value for improvement. If you're selling your home, we can defer payment until your home closes, or within 90 days, whichever is sooner. 

How long does the design process take?

It depends on the project. A simple room update can take a few days or weeks, while a full-home design takes longer. Don’t worry—we’ll give you a clear timeline and keep you updated every step of the way.

Can I be confident I’ll love the design?

That’s okay! We show you ideas, colors, and layouts before we start, so you can feel confident. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll adjust it. Our goal is to make sure you’re 100% happy with your space.
